The Equity Lens Map is available as part of an Equity Audit package and offers individuals the chance to participate in their own personal equity evaluation.
When paired with the Equity Audit, the Equity Lens Map helps employers get a deeper sense of their current workforce and the personal diversity, equity, and inclusion experiences a team holds.

The Equity Lens Map includes seven domains. Respondents will complete either five or seven of these domains based on the identities they provide. The ELM results include individual scores, one of three options, for each completed domain.
