Our Equity at Work model supports organizations as they commit
to diversity, equity, & inclusion among all stakeholders.

In order to effectively inspire partner organizations towards this exploration, we start by understanding the current conditions, aspirations, and values of the diverse individuals or groups in their community. Our set of continua illustrate how individuals’ or groups’ experiences differ as a function of their resource capacity.

Each continuum is meant to be customized to account for socio-economic, race, ethnicity, immigration status, and individual or group composition differences. These tools are developed through rich interdisciplinary literature from various sources; scholarly, popular, and scientific. We currently have four continua, all available for download below.
